本政策说明杨淇淇（Kiki Yang，下称“我们”）通过 yangqiqi.com 及 kikiyang.ca 网站收集哪些个人信息、如何使用与保存、与哪些服务商共享，以及您依据加拿大 《个人信息保护和电子文件法》(PIPEDA) 所享有的权利。请在向本网站提交任何信息前阅读。
一、责任人

本网站为杨淇淇作为持牌顾问的个人执业网站。您如通过我们购买保险或投资产品， 相应的承保机构或产品发行方会依其自身的隐私政策另行收集并处理您的信息； 该等处理不在本政策范围内。
二、我们收集的信息
1. 咨询表单
当您提交咨询表单时，我们收集：
- 您填写的姓名；
- 您填写的联系方式（电话号码、微信号或电子邮箱）；
- 您选择的规划方向；
- 您选填的留言内容；
- 提交时间、您所在的国家/地区、以及您浏览器发送的标识信息 (User-Agent)。
2. 预约咨询
当您预约咨询时段时，我们额外收集：
- 您选择的日期与时段、咨询主题与会面方式（线上或线下）；
- 您的电子邮箱地址（用于发送确认函与日历邀请）；
- 您选填的备注内容。
3. 网站使用信息
我们记录页面访问路径、语言版本、来访渠道（如您通过带有跟踪参数的链接进入）、 国家/地区与浏览器标识，用于了解网站的使用情况。
本网站不使用任何 Cookie，也不使用第三方广告或用户画像追踪工具。 所有分析数据均由本站自行收集与存储，不会发送给任何第三方分析服务。
我们同时记录访问来源的大致地理位置（国家/地区、省份、城市， 以及该城市的概略经纬度）。该信息由 Cloudflare 依据网络地址推断， 精度仅到城市级别，并非您设备的 GPS 定位， 我们也不会向您索取定位权限。用途仅为了解访客的地域分布。
为了解访客如何使用本网站，我们会在您浏览器的 localStorage 中存放一个 随机生成的访客标识。该标识本身不含任何个人信息，也无法用于 识别您的身份；它的作用是将同一浏览器的多次访问关联起来。我们同时记录 页面停留时长与滚动深度，用以判断哪些内容真正被阅读。
当您提交咨询或预约时，我们会将该访客标识与您留下的联系方式关联， 因此您在提交前的浏览记录将与您的身份相关联。我们据此了解您关注的主题， 以便提供更有针对性的答复。若您使用同一邮箱或电话号码再次联系我们， 不同设备上的记录会合并为同一份档案。
如何拒绝：若您的浏览器发送 Global Privacy Control (GPC) 或 Do Not Track (DNT) 信号，我们将不会创建持久访客标识——您的访问仍会被计数， 但无法与任何其他访问相关联。您也可以随时 点此关闭跨访问记录， 该操作会同时删除本浏览器中已有的标识。清除浏览器数据同样会将其移除。
三、信息用途
- 回复您的咨询、安排并确认您预约的会面；
- 在您成为客户后，就您的规划方案与您沟通；
- 防止垃圾提交与滥用，保障表单与预约系统的正常运作；
- 了解网站的整体使用情况以改进内容；
- 履行适用于持牌顾问的法律法规与记录保存义务。
我们不会出售、出租您的个人信息，也不会将其提供给第三方用于其营销目的。 除非取得您的另行同意，或法律另有强制要求。
四、同意
您主动填写并提交表单，即视为同意我们按本政策所述目的使用相关信息。 您可随时撤回同意（法律或合同规定必须保留的记录除外）， 请发送邮件至 kiki@yangqiqi.com。 撤回同意后我们可能无法继续为您提供相关服务。
五、服务商与信息共享
我们依赖以下服务商处理数据，并仅向其提供履行相应职能所必需的信息：

六、信息存放地点与跨境传输
您的信息存储于 Cloudflare 与 Google 位于加拿大及美国的基础设施中。 信息一旦存放于加拿大境外，即可能依据当地法律受该国法院、执法机关或监管机构的调取， 而无须另行通知您。提交信息即表示您已知悉这一情形。
七、保存期限
我们仅在实现收集目的所必需的期限内保存您的信息：

期限届满后，相关记录将被删除。
八、安全措施
- 所有页面与表单提交均通过 HTTPS 加密传输；
- 数据库访问受凭据保护，仅杨淇淇本人可读取咨询与预约记录；
- 表单受自动化滥用检测（含 Cloudflare Turnstile 人机验证）保护；
- 确认邮件中的预约管理链接带有加密签名，仅持有该链接者可查看或取消对应预约。 该链接等同于访问凭证，请勿转发他人。
任何系统都无法保证绝对安全。我们采取与信息敏感度相称的合理防护措施， 但无法就传输过程的绝对安全作出保证。
九、您的权利
依据 PIPEDA，您有权：
- 查阅我们持有的关于您的个人信息，并了解其使用与共享情况；
- 要求更正不准确或不完整的信息；
- 撤回同意，或要求删除我们无法定保留义务的信息；
- 就我们处理个人信息的方式提出申诉。
请发送邮件至 kiki@yangqiqi.com 提出请求。 为保护您的信息，我们可能需要先核实您的身份。我们将在收到请求后 30 日内答复。

Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Kiki Yang ("we", "us") collects through the yangqiqi.com and kikiyang.ca websites, how it is used and retained, which service providers process it, and the rights you have under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Please read it before submitting anything to this site.
1. Accountability
Kiki Yang is the individual accountable for privacy on this site and handles all access, correction, and deletion requests. Contact: kiki@yangqiqi.com.
This is the personal practice website of Kiki Yang, a licensed advisor. If you purchase an insurance or investment product through us, the issuing insurer or product provider will separately collect and process your information under its own privacy policy. That processing is outside the scope of this policy.
2. What we collect
a. Enquiry form
When you submit the enquiry form, we collect:
- the name you provide;
- the contact details you provide (phone number, WeChat ID, or email address);
- the planning area you select;
- any optional message you write;
- the time of submission, your country or region, and the identifying string your browser sends (User-Agent).
b. Consultation bookings
When you book a consultation, we additionally collect:
- the date, time slot, topic, and meeting format (online or in person);
- your email address, used to send the confirmation and calendar invitation;
- any optional notes you add.
c. Site usage
We record which pages are visited, the language version, how you arrived (where a link carried tracking parameters), your country or region, and your browser identifier, in order to understand how the site is used.
This site sets no cookies and uses no third-party advertising or profiling trackers. All analytics are collected and stored by this site itself and are never sent to a third-party analytics service.
We also record the approximate location a visit came from — country, province or region, city, and the rough latitude and longitude of that city. This is inferred by Cloudflare from the network address and is accurate only to city level; it is not your device's GPS location, and we never ask for location permission. It is used to understand where our audience is.
To understand how visitors use the site, we store a randomly generated visitor identifier in your browser's localStorage. The identifier contains no personal information and cannot be used to identify you on its own; its purpose is to link repeat visits from the same browser. We also measure how long you spend on a page and how far you scroll, so we can tell which material is genuinely read.
When you submit an enquiry or book a consultation, we link that identifier to the contact details you provide — so your browsing before that point becomes associated with your identity. We use this to understand which topics you care about and reply more usefully. If you contact us again using the same email address or phone number, records from your different devices are combined into a single profile.
How to opt out: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT) signal, we do not create a persistent identifier at all — your visit is still counted, but it cannot be linked to any other visit. You may also turn off cross-visit tracking here at any time, which also deletes the identifier already held in this browser. Clearing your browser data removes it as well.
3. How we use it
- to respond to your enquiry and to schedule and confirm your appointment;
- if you become a client, to communicate with you about your plan;
- to prevent spam and abuse and keep the enquiry and booking systems working;
- to understand overall site usage and improve the content;
- to meet the legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations that apply to a licensed advisor.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not provide it to third parties for their own marketing. We share it only as described below, with your further consent, or where the law requires it.
4. Consent
By completing and submitting a form, you consent to our use of that information for the purposes set out above. You may withdraw consent at any time — except for records we are legally or contractually required to keep — by emailing kiki@yangqiqi.com. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to provide the related service.
5. Service providers and disclosure
We rely on the following providers, and give each of them only the information needed for its function:

When you book a consultation, an event is created in Kiki Yang's Google Calendar and an invitation is sent to the email address you provided — meaning that address is passed to Google.
We may also disclose information where required by law, in response to a court order, or where necessary to protect our legal interests.
6. Where it is stored, and cross-border transfer
Your information is stored on Cloudflare and Google infrastructure located in Canada and the United States. While information is held outside Canada, it may be accessible to the courts, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities of that country under their laws, without notice to you. By submitting information you acknowledge this.
7. Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected:

Records are deleted once the applicable period ends.
8. Security
- All pages and form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS;
- Database access is credential-protected, and only Kiki Yang can read enquiry and booking records;
- Forms are protected by automated abuse detection, including the Cloudflare Turnstile human-verification check;
- The booking-management link in your confirmation email carries a cryptographic signature, and only someone holding that link can view or cancel that booking. Treat the link as an access credential and do not forward it.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure. We use safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, but cannot guarantee the absolute security of any transmission.
9. Your rights
Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you, and learn how it has been used and disclosed;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- withdraw consent, or ask us to delete information we are not legally required to retain;
- challenge our compliance with these principles.
Email kiki@yangqiqi.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity first, to protect your information. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.

10. Minors
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If this policy is revised, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Where a change is significant, we will give notice by other reasonable means. Please check this page periodically.
